For the life of me, I cannot find the spice mix someone posted about. It has tumeric, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, & ginger. I have a post-it note with the ingredients & amounts but nothing about who posted it. Halp!
I love the mix. It's perfect in my oatmeal or any hot cereal. It's a great kick in smoothies.

* I can tell you did not read about it on my BooksandMovies Spice Exploration thread not from my postings or comments back. I have not tried many spice blends with turmeric yet.
* You might try searching for turmeric on the search box at the front of the Cookbookers area, if you think read here.
* If not hear where you read, you might run an AI search with one of the main search engines. This will give you a long list of potential names, but at least it will give you a list. Often times they will cut off after so much text and have to simply type more.

>5 lesmel: I was going to say that it sounded very similar to my Golden milk mix, but mine doesn't have cardamom in it. That would not be a bad addition though. :)

>6 MrsLee: I absolutely loooove cardamom. I'll add it to just about any spice mix that calls for cinnamon. I'll be making more of the mix today.
