Here's a list of books tagged "critical race theory". It's a start.

You probably want Critical Race Theory: A Primer.

Critical Race Theory: The Key Writings that Formed the Movement or anything on the topic by law professor Kimberle Crenshaw would also be illuminating.

The scholars who actually introduced the concepts, studied, and wrote about them are going to be more accurate than something written by anyone else.
