Differences between Rader's biographies of emperor Frederick II?

It appears that Olaf B. Rader has published two biographies of emperor Frederick II of the Holy Roman Empire:
Friedrich II.: Der Sizilianer auf dem Kaiserthron
Kaiser Friedrich II.
They only differ by a couple of years in publication date, so presumably the one can't be a significant update of the other? Does anyone here know what the difference is?
Or are they essentially the same work under different titles, that perhaps ought be combined? I note that buecher.de has almost, but not quite, identical descriptions.
