I would add that I really like this illustration, but the mismatch between the picture and the title are too much for me.

I guess, proportionally, the li'l dragon's wings are powerful, being bigger than it is.
OTOH, in best fantasy cover style, there's room for a proper dragon flying across the sky.
Perhaps tiny dragon has magickal powers?
Dude needs to spend more effort on leg day. Other than that, it's good art, and the artist is not afraid to draw feet!

I particularly like how Mirza is definitely scoping out Ruqaiya from the vantage point of his howdah there in the background. Love is in the air - maybe the power of love will give him power? (Names are guesses and not based on any actual reading of text!)
