246 justjim : I finally found the right page for my final answer, that to #13. Very US-based. It is in 2017, as promised, but outsiders might want to study the month of May, and if that's not specific enough, look to the 9th of that month.

I have a feeling I'm missing something because I just can't seem to get this one at all.
