95 Micheller7 : For 16, I was positive I found the “Talk” in March of 2020, but no banner. Well, I looked there again and tried two further links from there. Success!

181 midnightcat : I just found them. Try the old email newsletter archives, the State of Things, I found them under the years for the hint

184 closer : banner 16 go to Talk about Library Thing, in the search topics box on the right, type in the year and the word free, that should give you enough info to get the banner

192 muumi : For #16, note the year and the key phrase "stuck at home" to get the month, and check the LT news. From there, Talk being capitalized in the clue and (iirc) linked in the newsletter update is your next clue.
