Was McCaleb right to take the video to a private company without getting permission to do that first?

It might have been politic, at least, to have run it first by Winston.

I don't see anything wrong with taking it...it's his investigation and that's possible evidence. What will be wrong is if he doesn't share the information that he gets back.

He shouldn’t have shown it to a 3rd party without approval from Jaye, especially one outside law enforcement
