Any thoughts on the night intruder, or the car they drove off in? What was the significance of the floor being wet?

My first thought was that it might be an agent, come back to look for the documents McCaleb received from Carruthers, but the getaway car didn’t fit with that. Then I thought Bolotov, but McCaleb thought the man was too small. So final thought is the shooter.
Wet floor? Did the intruder swim to the boat, so he wouldn’t be seen or apprehended on the dockside?

I had no idea...Good idea about the intruder swimming to the boat...but if you had swum to a boat and was planning to go and retrieve something...would you go to get it with dripping wet clothes??? Wouldn't you have some dry ones hidden somewhere to change? Maybe I am going to have watch the movie after all:)

Although McCaleb seems to recognize the car from somewhere, I do not. I think this person drove to the dock, then swam under and around the boat planting some kind of device. Either incendiary or some listening/recording devices. But then why enter the boat?

I think it’s time I head to our boat, eat some pie and wait for the answers…
