Is there a fast way to delete all of the books in a collection that is no longer in our church library? I figured out how to delete the collection, but not how to delete the books within the collection. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

>1 IRCCA: Are you familiar with Power Edit? At the top of any catalog is a button with a lightning bolt on it. Click that and you'll pull up Power Edit. One of the available tabs is Delete Books. If you're viewing that collection only, you can select all the books at once and then delete.

Remember that books can be in more than one collection.

Thank you so much for your quick response. I did not know about Power Edit so you just saved me a lot of time. Your support is appreciated!!!

>2 Watry: Oh, careful with that.

>1 IRCCA: Are you looking at removing the books permanently from your account, or just moving them from a collection?
Delete is a permanent removal.
You can also use Power Edit to just remove them from a collection without removing them completely from your catalog.

We no longer have the books, so we need to delete them permanently from our account. Thanks.
