Last section should tie everything up.

I’m just off to start the final section, but a thought has just struck me:

Both witnesses, Noone and the Samaritan (both the same person, IMO), reported a black Cherokee speeding away from the scene, which has got me thinking that McCaleb was being set up from the start - he wasn’t involved with the investigations before Graciela came to him…
