Should McCaleb be taking the blame for Gloria’s murder? How do you think this should and would change things between him and Graciela?

No way. The murders are all down to the killer.
As for McCaleb and Graciela, it depends on whether she can bear to look him in the eye, day after day…

No McCaleb should not blame himself for Gloria’s heart. He and Gracelia should not affect themselves with guilt.

Nope. It is all on the killer. McCaleb knows it wasn't his fault. Graciela too. There will be some feelings of guilt, but not of blame for Gloria’s death. Survivor’s guilt. Still difficult to get past, but I don’t think it would impact their relationship.

No he should feel no guilt, it’s not his fault what someone else does, you are only responsible for your own actions. As to Graciela it very much depends whether she can get past it.
