Small encyclopedia where I'd like to separate the volumes

The 10 volumes are edited by Per Skar, so they are to be found here:

I'd like to separate vol 3, vol 4 ... vol 10 out. But I don't really understand the new interface for doing it.
I hereby summon a friendly wizard :-)

Just go into the Edition page for the work they've all conglomerated in and click the Split icon at the end of each volume https://www.librarything.com/work/34799645/editions

Then you can create a series for them.
