The guy on the far right - the one standing up - looks a bit like Leonard Nimoy to me.

No telling what it is he's got in his left hand. Polite-society-me says it looks like the butt of a blunderbuss, but maybe it's kneeling guy's deformed right arm. Not effective against aliens whatever it is, I guess.

Although I think both of the ones with capes are in fact, ladies. Typical military uniform; the women have to have something impractical added on. And they're not even wearing officer hats!
