If I want to import Comments what is the exact MARC field and subfields? What follows MARC 590______ ?

Yes, if you choose to include them! In TinyCat, the Comments field from LT displays as "Local Notes" but you can actually rename that field in TinyCat to anything you want on your Detail Page settings: https://www.librarycat.org/admin/settings/detail.
