If it wasn’t a robbery, any thoughts why Kelly had been killed?

I don’t know why she was killed.

I'm not real sure. I didn't think she was killed for the money...it said it wasn't a robbery.... perhaps she had witnessed something that we haven't learned about yet????

She was either leaving the trade or going to a new pimp

With robbery ruled out it seems that she upset somebody- her pimp or a dissatisfied client.

She may have witnessed something that posed a threat to someone.

No particular thoughts on this, too soon for me to theorise on motive.

It was particularly brutal, so at this point I am leaning towards either a deranged killer or someone that she upset very, very badly.
