Do you think the people at the Robertson’s factory knew more than they were letting on? If so, why do you think they didn’t come forward with the information?

The people at Robertson’s factory are very shady. I don’t think they can be trusted.

All women were aliens, could be controlled by the Robertsons

I think the factory employees knew it was better to keep their mouths shut, for their own safety.

This looks more like an illegal immigrant workers situation, to me. I don’t see the baby belonging to one of these women.

Yes something very suspicious going on there. Illegal immigrants will most probably be a big part of it and driven away in a bus made me feel that it could be people trafficking too. This book has taken us into a very murky underworld hasn’t it.

I agree that the workers are likely illegal immigrants. Working in the factory…with some sex trade on the side? Very shady. I could see one of them being mother of the child.
