Any thoughts who delivered the note with Lauren’s name to Kim’s house late at night? What might be the connection?

Could it be Sally Summers, the older prostitute who knew Kim from their care-home days?
I’ve no idea whose name could be written on the paper.

We knew from the prologue that someone pushed Lauren off the roof. Since she was already working as a prostitute, it hasto relate to Kelly's death. As for who sent it, maybe Gemma. She knows where Kim lives.

I think it might be someone who knows Lauren. Someone who was checking up on her and wanted Kim to know about her.

Sally would be my guess. She seems to care about her fellow prostitutes

I also think Sally is the most likely person. Gemma also knows where Kim lives, but I don’t think she’d care enough-or want to go anywhere that she might run into Kim
