Kim helped Len out in his desire to find a job, do you feel this was good advice? What does this say about her?

It says Kim has a heart, (but I think we all knew that anyway). It’s a part of her that not many people would be aware of, given her outward appearances, and the Kim she projects to the world.
I think her advice was excellent, and, hopefully, will bear fruit. And she even put her money where her mouth was.

Kim saw the good in Len and wanted to help him out. She offered him to help fix her bike which helped her and him at the same time.
