Why do you think Barton went to tell Kim he had met with Leanne the night before she was killed? Why do you think she was scared to go back to Tavistock Road?

Barton said that Leanne was jumpy. He may have scared her as she was sitting on the edge of the building and she may have fallen off.
She was scared to go back to Tavistock Rd as she was afraid of Kai Lord.

I think this says a lot about the type of person Barton is. I think he truly wants to help the police. In some ways he’s an innocent, and quite naïve. I hope it doesn’t backfire on him; the police could quite easily make a case against him, and he wouldn’t stand a chance against a good prosecuting barrister.
I think Eadie is right in blaming Lord for Lauren’s fear.

I think he really cares for the ladies and their safety and wants to help them.
>2 EadieB: and >3 Sergeirocks: are correct she Kai.

I have to agree with >3 Sergeirocks:. He wanted to provide some help to the police even if it was risky for him personally.

I agree with everyone. I think that we sensed quite early that this guy is not a bad person and he is compassionate towards these girls who help him to endure a difficult life.

>6 Maura49: You are right. He's not moving into my "neck of the woods" either.
