Any thoughts on Sal being the murderer? Did you work it out?

Sal being the murderer was a surprise. No. I didn’t work it out.

More twist than a roller coaster total did no see that coming

I never saw that twist coming.

I really did not. What a great twist.

I read this book ages ago...but I couldn't remember much about it until I was almost finished with it....and then I remembered who the killer was...so I stopped answering and just watched my "fellow detectives".
