Something seems seriously wrong with her shoulders, but I think her head is on the right way. She's got her back towards us, and her head turned sharply to the right.
The redheaded god(?) has funky ears.

All the Nazi sigrunes seem appropriate for a book that appears to be about the breeding of a master race.

Family holiday reunions must be a real pain. Or is it more of an in-laws sort of situation?

So who on this cover is the god? The most lethal one is the forehead-beam critter I'm guessing is a demon. The god in the background is so amorphous as to be not really god-like.
I guess the guy trying to deflect the beam is the brother of the title. No idea who the woman is.
Her head's on the right way, but her shoulders are wonky, and the angle of her neck has to be painful, even with her youth and test-tube goddessness. I'm not sure she's getting a direct view of anything.
She's off-brand, maybe ordered from Temu. I'm also not sure about the boy's shoulders either. The demon's shoulders look fine, but he needs to stop skipping leg day.
I'm pretty sure I read this, but NOT with this cover.
Last thought: "Brother to Demons, Brother to Gods, Brother to Girl With Scoliosis."
