Requesting Cache Clearing

I have found that for my extensive book analysis the Advanced Search for counting Tags requires clearing of my caches. Unfortunately, thes won't be cleared for severl days, as I understand the process. Is there any mechanism for me to request such clearing on an occasional basis?

I am trying to find books which have a combination of 2 to 3 tags. Currently it doesn't have a proper count of a single tag
