Already at the end of the year! I know I say it every month, but seriously, where does the time go?!
What is everyone reading this month comics-wise?

Just got hold of the new Joe Sacco (The Once and Future Riot) and the new Laura Perez (Nocturnos).

Extending the question to all graphical stories - I've just read Bryan Talbot's The Casebook of Stamford Hawksmoor which is a Grandville prequel story and a very solid piece of work.
I see the entire Grandville series (apart from this prequel) has been collected as Grandville L'Intégrale and it is priced very competitively for over 600 pages of story.

I read Ghost Town: A Graphic Novel, which was an interesting concept but didn't quite work for me. I am very much not the intended audience of children, so the animated cartoon-style frenetic energy and lack of characterizations/character growth didn't work for me.

It's been a while since I red my last comics.
I'm planning to read Batgirl: Year One very soon. I'm a newbie in the comics world so I'm just planning to read some classics now.

For last graphic novel of the year, I picked up The Solitary Gourmet, which was a nice cozy read.
