Author Combination Issues for Johann Valentin Andreae, please help!

There are combination issues that need to be cleared up for:

I thought I was handling this pretty well, but when I go into the Helpers Hub there are stranded links I cannot find and some author combination issues as well. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than I would be so kind enough to take a look and help straighten this out?

>1 chocorua: It's stranded CK info. I managed to delete most of it by logging into German site, but birth and death date keep reappearing after being deleted. Must be some bug.

ETA: Canonical names are input ONLY when the calculated name needs correcting, so I deleted that as well.

ETA: The developers have been very active recently fixing bugs, so lets hope this one makes it to their agenda soon
Also, just posting in the bug report thread does not reopen it. Status needs to be explicitly changed to reopen a closed bug report.
