Custom Patron Fields Not Appearing After Importing

I made two custom patron fields (added them through settings > patrons) and then tried importing a patron list. I also matched up the fields correctly, but everything else except the two custom fields appear on the patron account fields after I've imported. Am I doing something wrong? Could anyone help me with this?

I can take a look for you!

Hi!

I am facing the exact same problem. I already sent you guys the file and mapping used. The issue started to happen after recently, between September 2025 and January 2026. I used this functionality without any problems on September 2025.

Update: bug has been confirmed!

Bug: Currently, one cannot import information to any custom fields, created by TinyCat admin, no matter how the import is mapped or the location of that information in the import file.

Work-around: Add a patron using the Add Patron button instead of importing them, or import and then add the info to any custom fields after import.

I am having the same issue. I am also looking at deleting exhisting patrons and importing new ones but that function does not seem to be working either.
