Our US family hasn’t heard of Sabrina’s cookbooks before, so thank you for these titles. I love Persian recipes but always look for healthier alternatives to deep-fried recipes, such as falafels, etc. In today’s kitchens, for instance, air-frying yields a lower fat result with great flavor (or “flavour” in British spelling). And plain baking can also work, but sometimes recipe adjustments are needed in order to successfully convert from deep-frying to air-frying or baking.
Question 1: Do Sabrina’s cookbooks use metric-only measurements? (Some of my cookbooks from the British Isles are metric-only, ouch.)
Question 2: In her cookbook Flavour, have you had a chance yet to try her recipe for cardamom loaf? It sounds great.
Question 3: What is your favorite saffron recipe so far?
