Pricing Plan

Hi - I'm in a trial right now (only 2 days left!) - but I need to upgrade my pricing plan to 1,000 books before I do the payment as we are already over. I also went to pay and it looked like Paypal was the only option - is there a way to just pay direct on a card? I sent an email to the email but haven't heard back and I'm nervous because our trial is almost over. Thanks!
