Why do you think Captain Blake approached giving the case to Hunter and Garcia the way she did?

She knew something was off in the autopsy but didn't have any real evidence that would justify it being moved to the Ultra Violent Crimes Unit. If they saw something strange they would want to investigate it too.

I think she thought it was a Hunter and Garcia type autopsy!

It felt like she was trying to spark their interest but seemed a strange way to do it.
