Could Shaun have been killed for the overcharges he made on invoices to his customers?

That may be a reason for Shaun to be killed. Not sure it’s the only reason but time will tell.

I don't think he was killed for any overcharge. The only thing the two victims have in common is that they were loners. Shaun more so than Terry. I think they must have done something in the past that somehow affected the killer. There has to be some reason why he selected these two specific men.

He was tortured before he died so it's possible that Shaun could have been killed for overcharging the invoices...seems a risky reason to kill someone as the customers could be easily traced and investigated. We have hints of a very dark and twisted world where this action could have easily resulted in murder...but I think it's unlikely, at least at this point.

I doubt this was the cause.
