Any initial thoughts on the discolouration of the eye, the lesions on the soft flesh between the toes or the punctured lung on the body?

I think it is post-mortem discoloration which is caused by skin discoloration after death. But upon further investigation Kay noticed burn marks on the body as the person had been tortured.

I assumed it was related to his days of being tortured.

I can't add anything to what >2 EadieB: and >3 Olivermagnus: have said.

No idea. These will all need medical explanations. But I’d trust Kay to be on the right track.

It feels like more evidence of torture from the killer, but different to the last body which is puzzling.
