Do you think there were other murders before Shaun? Why?

There probably were other murders before Shaun as people who drink at bars are more prone to commit murder.

I think so. The killer seems too experienced to have made Shaun his first victim. That might provide a better clue as to what is going on.

I agree with >2 EadieB:. This was not his first kill.

All I can say is ‘it’s possible’ there have been previous murders; it would be too coincidental for the first such killing to have been stumbled across straightaway.

Definitely might be, but not fully convinced yet. Given the killer's methods others could well have been overlooked in the autopsies.
