What’s the significance of Terry going to Keri’s support group but not Shaun?

I don't think it was deliberate. I think each one of the murder victims selected the group that made the most sense to them. For example, either held on a certain day, close by to their home or work, or even how they perceive they will be viewed by the group leader.

No particular significance that I can see, it just means they lived in different locales. Although, I do suppose it means the killer won’t have raised alarm bells by two people from the same group dying.

I think it depends on where Terry lived and what therapist he felt more comfortable with.

Does it mean the killer might have attended more than one support group?
