Do you think Michael is likely to be the killer? If so, why?

We know the killer is changing his name at the various groups but it seems likely that Michael is the killer no matter what name he's going by.

I’d say there’s a very strong likelihood that this Michael is the killer. Damaged fingers - a sign of abuse, perhaps? And a ‘passer’ - there to suss out victims rather than receive support for his own troubles?

Yes I think Michael is the killer. He is changing his name in order to remain incognito.

Everything seems to say yes, but is it too soon in the book?
