Who did you initially think the killer’s father had shot and why?

I thought the father had killed Trevor. I felt like if this was real, the father would have killed Trevor as a punishment for 18 years of abuse.

Trevor was who I thought he would kill as the abuse would continue to go on.

I presumed he’d shot his son, James/Trevor (Michael/Russell/Liam etc.,) to avenge the 17 years of imprisonment and bad treatment he and his wife had been subjected to.

Like everyone else I thought he would have shot his son but not surprised he shot his wife first.
