Long Time No See

Hi everyone... It's been a few years, but I'm back!

Adopting a couple of kids hit the reading progress hard. Very hard. But now that I'm into the swing of things again, I have a very exciting announcement to make for all you 1001 list lovers: the 1001 Books Web App is live!

Visit https://arukiyomi.com/1001books to find out more.

>1 arukiyomi: I'm checking it out! FYI, I can't seem to upload my spreadsheet yet, but I'll keep trying!

>1 arukiyomi: Young kids has impacted my reading and LT time significantly too (not the buying of books though, which is terrible for my to-read pile). I do still make religious use of your spreadsheet, so big thanks from afar.

Web app doesn't seem to work for me? Doesn't load any books, and the link to confirm signup led to an error.

Any news on a new edition any time soon? I note the 1001 Movies list is getting a new one this year.

(It's also been 14 years since we were promised an English translation of Taebek Mountains, but no sign of that either it seems.)

Good to see you back here and congratulations on the kids! I have four adopted children and they have, at various moments, also slowed down my reading quite a bit.

>4 sometimeunderwater: sorry to hear that. I've had plenty of sign ups today and my email service has not detected any errors. If you're a spreadsheet user and you have version 6 or 7, you can do an instant import of your data and you get 30% off too! If you email me at support@arukiyomi.com or on here, I can help you get set up.

I'm no longer in touch with the publishers and so have no information about a new edition, sorry.

The link for the email confirmation is broken for me too!

when you say the link is broken, can I check that you mean you are getting the email but clicking on the link is giving you an error? If so, what kind of error?

It would be super helpful to get more info so that I can fix any issues. Thank you!

I've just found a bug in the signup process which I've fixed. The bug meant that the link in the email was broken, not the account creation process itself.

Your account should be live and you should be fine to log in at https://arukiyomi.com/1001books

Give it a try and let me know if it works for you.
