Dang. One ARC: Meeting New People by Daniel M. Lavery (pub 6/26; contemporary fiction I think). I really hope it's not like Olive Kitteridge, which I DNF'd. The main character is apparently 'an unpleasant woman.' I think I was first drawn to the cover, which I recognized as being part or all of a Swedish painting.

Then there's when you thought your coworker canceled your preorder for you, but you come in to find the book waiting for you: When the Wolves Are Silent by C. S. Harris (historical mystery series).
