Hi, I'm still stuck on #8. I think I know the correct animal, but I looked through so many categories already and still haven't found it. Can anyone offer up another hint? It's the only one I haven't gotten yet.

>12 humouress: Thank you, I know it isn't always a book. I've found all the others. I've already looked at the General Strategies posted above also. I feel foolish for still missing something; but thank you very much for trying to help me.
I guess I will just have to be satisfied with getting 9. It was a really fun and challenging hunt. I think it's only the 2nd one I've done.
Maybe next time I will do better . :-)

>15 tammyhennig: I had searched in that area several times before. I don't know why the tiny cat never came up. It might be due to my internet connection, because I had gone a few times in the same area for Clue 7 until the tiny cat appeared.
( I live in a rural area and recently switched my ISP, but I believe we need new wifi routers as well. )

I was driving myself crazy by searching tags reviews, lists, groups, posts , etc. The only other thing I think may have happened is perhaps I was on my page while searching tags instead of the Main Page search.
Duh me.
Anyway, thank you so much.

The other thing that I think I may have done wrong is that I may have searched that category from my own page instead of the main one.
