New feature: Restrict Catalog Access

In case you missed it, TinyCat libraries now have the option of requiring a login to view their catalog. If enabled, all visitors will be prompted to enter their credentials before seeing your homepage or searching your catalog.

We've received requests for a privacy feature like this for years. I'm very glad that @conceptDawg was able to develop something for us! This feature is totally optional. If you don't wish to update your catalog access or Patron Accounts settings, you can ignore this.

To enable the new feature for your TinyCat library, go to your Patron Accounts settings ( https://www.librarycat.org/admin/settings/patronaccounts ) and switch on Restrict Catalog Access. Please remember that this will require you to create an account for, and share credentials with, anyone whom you wish to view your TinyCat catalog. The login requirements will match those of your Patron Accounts settings.

I've included an example below of one way the new login page might look, although yours may look different if you have a different Patron Accounts setup.
