Hello, we're trying to make it so that patrons can use their birth year as their password, but we only see the simple circulation or the auto-generate password options. Is there no way for us to put the password on the CSV file and upload it? Or even have it so that patrons can change their own password?

You could absolutely switch your login process for patrons (here: https://www.librarycat.org/admin/settings/patronaccounts ) to only require Barcode/ID and have them login with their birth years after you've updated their barcodes to match. Barcodes don't need to be numerical either, if that helps!
You can't manually alter passwords for patrons. They are generated by the system one at a time, then hidden permanently for security. You can always generate a new one if the first is lost, but they're not stored anywhere visible. They're a super secure option—but a bit too secure for some libraries, who may prefer to simply require Barcode/ID for patron login.
