Added Incorrect Book Cover in Error

Hello,
I added the correct book cover but to the wrong book and now I don't know how to remove it.
Snifer of Death Cover added to Burn Marks (V.I. Warshawski, #6) by Sara Paretsky.
May I ask someone to remove it or instruct me.

Members used to be able to remove a custom cover IF they were the only ones using it, but this has changed recently. I'll ask @conceptDawg if we can restore that feature, otherwise it will likely require flagging (as "inapplicable to this work") in order to be removed.

Actually, we used to say just leave it alone, and if nobody is using it, it will disappear.
