Improved Feature: Delete patrons in bulk

Good news for TinyCat: we've improved bulk-deletion on the Patrons page! Before, you could delete patrons one by one or all at once — now you can select exactly who you want to remove.

You can still delete all patrons if you need to, and you can still delete from the Edit Patron pop-up; but now you can also select a few patrons, search and select, or select a full page at a time.

This will be handy for schools and libraries with frequent turnover. This has been a frequent request for a while, so I'm very glad @Lauren-at-LT was able to make these improvements for us!
