I've just listed two I recently finished:
Braiding Sweetgrass - Nonfiction book about appreciating nature and living in a flawed world, told from an indigenous perspective.
Not Quite Dead Yet - Mystery/thriller about a young woman who is attacked from behind and left with a terminal skull injury. She sets out to solve her own murder before the injury kills her.
