Hi everyone, thank you for your patience while we navigate this new wave of bot traffic on TinyCat. In an effort to defend against them last night, we accidentally restricted access for a bunch of real TinyCat libraries. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience this caused!

Good morning! We still do not have access to the site. Is there anything that I can do from my end.

Where do you not have access? What sort of message are you getting when access fails?

No cover carousel on our TinyCat home page
When a book title is searched from the home page, I am taken to the details page.
However, on the details page I also have this on the right margin:
"Access Denied
Your request has been blocked. If you believe this is an error, please try again later."
We cannot check in or check out books.

If I try to access a patron, I receive the same message of "Access Denied

We have tried both computers that we usually work with. One is a chrome book with a Chrome OS and one is a a laptop with a Windows 11 OS.

Hi all, sorry for the trouble. As @gilroy kindly linked to, we are indeed dealing with some heavy bot traffic. @elliekelly, since your account is a Volunteer account it should be back and unblocked. Are you still having any trouble accessing your homepage?
