Currently working on World's Fairs on the Eve of War, with Spread Me to follow.

Now reading Psychedelia, Flying to Victory should wrap up the week.

I've just started Muv about the Mitford's mother, Sydney. Quite interesting so far but I love reading the Milfords and about the Milfords. :)
I've also picked up Thirteen Perfect Fugitives which is about the Isabelle Gardener Museum heist. A friend and I are reading it and then we're thinking of paying the museum a visit.
I'm slowly going through Simon Sebag Montefiore's Jerusalem a Biography - fascinating reading but so confusing with ever changing leaders, religious fervor and the Romans! I found the section on crucifixions to be especially interesting!

I'm about halfway through The Other Ancient Civilizations by Raven Todd DaSilva. A popular survey of twenty lesser known ancient cultures from around the world. I knew a few of them, but some are completely new to me. She's written short, chapter long essays on each of the cultures giving a bird's eye view of the landscape of their world. Each chapter begins with a one to two page first person narrative set within the archeologically established context of the society.

I finished the first section of The Talisman by Stephen King and Peter Straub. I might have to switch to my book club book but now that all the foundation has been laid in The Talisman it's going to be hard!
