I get more from my reading by planning the books I read, sometimes by months, other times by weeks or days or even hours.

It's not perfect, and for me this is more of a guideline than something I stick to.

Listing the books I read makes it feel more real that I will them, but a more enjoyable part is ticking off that I have read them, especially the books that I have been working up to, one of them A Briefer History of Time I’ve actually started and finished my first read of this book of many more rereads to come.

However you read, tell us what you’re reading between May to August this year, or use this page to plan your readings and tick them off.
