Adding a New Patron

Hi - We've been unable to add a new patron and seems to be related to the reauthentication happening. We've tried new browsers and refreshing the browser and it still happens. Is this an known issue? We primarily use Chrome browser.

Hi there, sorry for the trouble! Can you give this another try and let me know if it's working now? We have adjusted some settings around those authentications.

If it's still happening, can you send me (here or in a private message if it's a real patron) what the name is, and what you saw when you tried to save it unsuccessfully?

It appears to be working again. Thank you for checking into it. We are noticing a high volume of authentication/verifying that we are human. Will this continue due to the high bot traffic?

It should decrease as we find other ways to mitigate this traffic. Thanks for your patience with it — it's verifying me just as often, so I know how annoying it is! Hopefully we'll get that to calm down this week.
