Yes I did fear for Mortimer Dean when he was waiting for a visitor as he was found dead.

Waiting for a visitor not a good sign for him.

I certainly did worry when I read this, and all those careful preparations signal that he is preparing for someone he knows well,perhaps the 'frankie' whom he contacted.
