Yes I found it significant that Barty Carter also went to Belsinger. He is another possible suspect for me.

He went to same school but not the same grade or housing

He was not in the same year as the others and is unlikely to be part of a group who are younger than him.

Carter is not near the top of my list of suspects. It could be coincidental that he was at the same school as the others. I know I barely knew the kids in the year below me at school, unless they’d attended the same primary school as me.
