Is there a way to switch over the fields that apply to physical books to some that allow description of EBooks? For instance, where could I put "digital file" and "1.4 MB"? I'm about to work on some of those and don't want to end up correcting them. Thank you!

You can create a custom Media category for Digital file (or use the existing Ebook there) for the first.
The size will probably be the most accessible in either "Publication" or "Physical Summary" or Comments (depending on what you have on your Catalog view styles.
I'd use Publication and Media for these and you can also put both in Publication as well for easy access...

If you're using sources, getting the ebook record will automatically set the media to that default one. You only need to fiddle with that if you want custom more specific one. File size doesn't come from any sources AFAIK, so you'll have to pick one of the suggested fields and enter manually.
