Circulation Data Report

Hi! I could totally be missing this, but is there a way to download a report that includes:
-Checkout Date
-Due Date
-Return Date

For every loan? I'm able to find due date and checkout date on the reports, but they don't appear to include the return date.

>1 NHAcadSci: Hi there! Thanks for asking, yes absolutely: simply go to your Transactions page: https://www.librarycat.org/admin/transactions then click the "All" tab from the left side of the page. Next, click "Export transactions: All"

That will download a spreadsheet which will include every transaction, including the item title, patron name, status given to the item during that transaction ("Item Status"), and the item due date for each.

If there are any transactions you don't want to sift through in that report, you can always filter the Item Status column to exclude irrelevant transaction types.

>2 ZephCraven: Thanks for this. The report lists check out date and return date but in separate rows. This makes it tricky to see how long books are checked out for. We were hoping to come with average time our books are out and was hoping for a report with this information. We can manually sift through the report you referenced but it very time consuming for us. Any other ideas on how to get length of time book checked out? I have seen that it is easy to calculate days out for currently overdue books by using formulas, but we were hoping to get more info on books returned on time/early. Thanks!

>3 SacDharmaCenter: Ooo I don't believe we have any reports that capture that kind of pattern retroactively, but it's a great idea! We are starting to compile ideas for what kinds of reports we should add to (or improve in) TinyCat, so I will add this to the list now!

>7 ZephCraven: I just realized you can see overdue book returns (current and ever) on the patron page in TinyCat. And it is sortable within that webpage! So report for that one request necessary for us.
